After reading Dr. Varanasi's book titled " Diabetes Time Travel, past to the future", and doing the 60 day day challenge, I lost 24 pds in 60 days. The program is excellent and has guided me with healthy meal plans, exercise regimen and cognitive behavioural techniques like pre-commitment, making small changes in habits for bigger results. I am very pleased with the program and highly recommend this amazing program to everyone who is struggling with weight loss and uncontrolled Diabetes.
